Hi there, if your new to my brand or my brand spanking new website then I welcome you. I have been debating setting up a website for quite a while now but there were always reasons in my head not too. Will it make a profit?, Will it be worthwhile?, Will people find it?. You get the jist.
So I am out on a whim setting up my brand new spanking website and quite frankly, I am new to it all and I am loving the process of making it all mine.
Maybe I am better off backtracking and filling you all in on who I am, why I am here chatting about this brand new website I have started and why I am here selling to you lovely people.
So I started my company, IndiaJadeCreations in the summer of 2019 when I had moved back from London after 11 years living there and took a soul break. For those of you wondering what the hell I am talking about, it was a 29 year old something life crisis where I needed to have some time out to life reset! On my life reset I decided it was time to set up my craft business, after months of being nagged by varying friends and family! So I went on a whim, set up an Etsy page and off I went!
Not to slag off Etsy here but my gosh do they rip sellers off, so it was time for me to branch out as I was mainly selling via Instagram anyway so I decided to make the plunge to a website! Great news for all.
Anyway I am rambling! I wanted to make a website that was clean and easy for all you lovely people to shop my handmade products. It also gave me a reason to rebrand, refocus on my business image and reset for the 2021 year! Also as I write this we hit lockdown three so now more than ever is a great time to focus on my business and rant in a business blog about my wonderful sparkling website and the mindfield of setting up an online craft platform!
So in the meantime, I hope you enjoy my wonderful website and throw suggestions at me, I love an idea or three!
